It´s so frustrating when something like that happens... Last year I had some surrealistic experience with Iberdrola, and to solve this I had to phone so many times and waiting for an answer for so long... Once I remember it got to last over half an hour listening to that distorted and depressing music until somebody answered! And it was the only way to solve this! Why on earth they just don´t upgrade their systmes for email communication? It´s free and clear Well done!
